Answers for planning your visit
Do I need a booking?
A booking is a thoughtful way to plan an easy evening, particularly when you are dining with a larger party or marking an occasion. Use the booking page to send through your preferred details; table availability is only confirmed through the booking process.
Can I walk in?
Walk-ins may be possible when a table is available on arrival, but availability cannot be confirmed in advance without a booking. If your timing matters, booking ahead is the clearest way to make plans with confidence.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Please speak directly with staff before ordering so dietary requirements and ingredient questions can be discussed with the current menu in mind. Menu labels are informational, ingredients may change and cross-contact may occur; no allergy-safe outcome can be guaranteed.
Is the menu seasonal?
Yes. The kitchen works with seasonal ingredients and modern bistro influences, so selected dishes may change through the year according to the current menu. Familiar flavours are presented with a contemporary touch, with choices suited to sharing as well as individual dining.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Vegetarian choices may be available on the current menu, which is designed to offer a balanced selection across different ways of dining. As dishes can change, please review the current menu and speak with staff about ingredients before placing your order.
Can you accommodate groups?
Group dining and celebration enquiries are welcome. As group capacity, room arrangements, set menus and booking conditions are confirmed case by case, please send an enquiry with your preferred date, party details and any dining considerations.
Seasonal dishes change; the current menu is always the guide.

The dining style, simply put
Bistro & Brick is shaped around good food, a warm space and easy nights. The kitchen takes a seasonal approach to modern Australian bistro dining: familiar dishes, thoughtfully composed, with a considered balance between plates for the middle of the table and choices for a meal of your own.
The room’s brick-and-timber character sets a relaxed urban tone, while service is intended to keep the evening moving at a comfortable pace. Whether the plan is an everyday meal, a round of share plates and drinks, or a gathering worth lingering over, the current menu is the best place to begin.
