Dining with care

A careful word on ingredients

Seasonal cooking invites change. Please treat menu descriptions and dietary labels as helpful guides, then speak with our team before ordering if an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement matters to you.

For dietary needs, a conversation before ordering matters most.

Before you choose your meal

Can I rely on a menu label for an allergy?

No. Labels are informational and may not reflect every ingredient, substitute, garnish or preparation change. Please speak directly with staff before ordering so you can discuss the current dish and your specific allergy.

Why can ingredients change?

The menu follows the season and selected dishes may be adjusted as the current offering develops. Ingredient availability, recipes, sauces and finishing elements may change, so a previous visit or online description should not be treated as current dietary advice.

Can cross-contact occur in the kitchen?

Yes. Ingredients are handled in a shared working kitchen, so cross-contact may occur during storage, preparation, cooking or service. We cannot make allergy-safe or free-from guarantees.

What should I tell staff about my dietary requirement?

Please explain the ingredient or allergens you need to avoid, any intolerance or preference, and the seriousness of the requirement before ordering. If you need further guidance before your visit, contact [email protected] or +61 409 546 566.
